Anderson Custom Processing, Inc, Sleepy Eye is located in south central Minnesota at the junction of U.S. Highway 14 and Minnesota Highway 4. This facility houses two spray dryers and has been upgraded numerous times since its purchase in 1972. The most recent dryer replacement was completed in May 2011.
A wide range of spray dried ingredients can be produced in this plant. Two spray dryers produce finished ingredients ranging from nonfat (using a pneumatic conveying system) to those containing 80% total fat (using the cooling bed). In both systems, powder can be cooled with desiccated air.

Anderson Custom Processing, Inc, Little Falls, is located northwest of Minneapolis on U.S. Highway 10 in central Minnesota. The plant was purchased by ACPI in 1974, with numerous upgrades since then. Three spray dryers are available in Little Falls. Water evaporation of 2,000-3,000 pounds per hour is possible, allowing versatility and high volume production. A wide range of wet blending capabilities is available.

Anderson Custom Processing, Inc, Belleville, is located 14 miles south of Madison, Wisconsin on Highway 69. The plant was purchased by ACPI in 1986.
Two spray dryers are available in Belleville, both capable of removing 4000 pounds of water per hour, with clean room standards.
