Sleepy Eye

Sleepy Eye
Anderson Custom Processing, Inc, Sleepy Eye is located in south central Minnesota at the junction of U.S. Highway 14 and Minnesota Highway 4. This facility houses two spray dryers and one pilot dryer, and has been upgraded numerous times since its purchase in 1972.

A wide range of spray dried ingredients can be produced in this plant. Two spray dryers produce finished ingredients ranging from nonfat (using a pneumatic conveying system) to those containing 80% total fat (using the cooling bed). In both systems, powder can be cooled with desiccated air.

A pilot dryer is available for small sample runs or sizeable production runs. Spray chilling is also available.

Little Falls

Little Falls
Anderson Custom Processing, Inc, Little Falls, is located northwest of Minneapolis on U.S. Highway 10 in central Minnesota. The plant was purchased by ACPI in 1974.

Three spray dryers are available in Little Falls, making both product versatility and high volume production options. A wide range of wet blending capabilities are available. Single-fluid, two-fluid, and rotary atomization are available production options.



Belleville

Belleville
Anderson Custom Processing, Inc, Belleville, is located 14 miles south of Madison, Wisconsin on Highway 69. The plant was purchased by ACPI in 1986.

Two spray dryers are available in Belleville, one capable of removing 4000 pounds of water per hour, the other, 2000 pounds of water per hour. Both dryers offer either single- or two-fluid nozzle atomization.

Dry blending capabilities and a substantial amount of warehouse space are also available in the Belleville plant for customers.
